The lubricator produces the antifriction effect by forming an oil film on the flange surface to prevent metal-to-metal (flange to rail) contact.
Product Features
・This is a lubricator designed for low-speed vehicles.
It helps to prevent wear on the wheel flange and the rail, as well as to improve safe operation of a vehicle.
・As the wheels start running and rotating with the lubricating wheel compressed by the wheel flange, the lubricating wheel also starts rotating with a force of friction. This rotation drives the pump to discharge oil to the lubricating wheel to lubricate the flange surface. Just crimp and install to achieve full automatic lubrication with the required amount of oil depending on the running vehicle.
・This lubricator is designed for use in normal traveling speeds of 10 to 25km/h and the maximum speeds of less than 30m/h.
