The history of our company goes all the way back to 1955, when my grandfather established Fuji Flange Lubricator Co., Ltd. to develop a product called “flange lubricator for special-purpose vehicles” used to prevent wheel and rail wear at former Japanese National Railways. Since then, we have made improvements over and over again in response to the customers’ voices. Today, our products play an active role not only in the railway industry, but also other worldwide manufacturing scenes, such as steel plants.

Our products are used at so many manufacturing scenes thanks to the company’s strategy to pursue “Global Niche Top”. We chose the path to figure out a “niche”, instead of playing in a large-scale, highly-complex area often dominated by leading companies nor in the areas that are too easy to fall into price competition. As a “niche” player, we aim to be the top share company both domestically and globally. Our mission is to find and solve problems in a “niche” and pursue profits for customers. We place a top priority on the product development, aligning with marketing, by paying close attention to small needs of customers.

Our corporate philosophy “Just break through limitation” means to “have a challenging spirit”. With a customer partnership in creating our future, all employees will work together for the best manufacturing. Our slogan is “Let’s give it a try! We can make it”. We will continue to walk cordially as a company that vigorously supports the development of the customers.
