Dry lubricator/CL-20
Best suited as a countermeasure for wear on wheels of small cranes, etc. It can be installed in a narrow space between traverse wheels.
Product Features
・This is a solid lubricating material with a high application rate of molybdenum disulfide. It reduces friction/wear and extends the life of wheel flange.
・This dry type lubricator may be installed on equipment where oil cannot be used.
・Due to the compact structure, it can be installed in a narrow space between traverse wheels and other space where CL-10 type cannot be installed.
・The straight-shaped lubricating rod has high vibration resistance.
・The lubricating rod may be changed to a grease-contained type.
Implementation Examples
Used for wear prevention for wheel flange on overhead traveling cranes, light-weight small cranes and any other cranes where oil cannot be used.
