    Hearing on your use environment

    First, we conduct a hearing on the on-site environment, etc. by phone or email for problem-solving.

    Confirmation of specifications

    We review further details on Specifications Confirmation Sheet filled in by a customer.

    On-site survey

    Our account manager will visit the site, as requested, to conduct an on-site survey (in Japan only).*Business trip expenses are not charged.

    Product implementation flow

    Based on the Specifications Confirmation Sheet and outcome of the on-site survey, we offer the best suited product for the customer.

  • 05

    Trial using a demonstration device

    As requested, a customer will have an opportunity to use a demonstration device to test the installation method and benefits of the product implementation.
    *There is a limit for the number of demonstration devices and the period available for lease.

  • 06

    Decision of commercial distribution

    We prepare a quotation after a decision of commercial distribution.

  • 07

    Contract

    After confirmation of the order details, a customer will place an order by email, fax or phone.

  • 08

    Product implementation / installation

    We will ship the product and a customer will install the product.

  • 09

    Follow-up service

    We will follow any problems a customer may face after the implementation of the product, and arrange additional fixings and parts. Please feel free to consult with us.

(02) FAQ

  • We don't know which product we should choose.
    Our account manager will hear the customer's current problem and the site environment, etc. by phone, email or with a visit, and offer the best suited product and the number of product necessary for the customer.
  • What are the options as to how to make a purchase and commercial distribution?
    A customer may choose the favorable commercial distribution for purchase. Please consult with us at the meeting about the trading company and maintenance company.
  • How long is the lead time for delivery?
    It varies depending on the product and the time of order placement. Please ask us for details individually.
  • What options are available in case the ready-made product can not be installed as is on the site?
    We will propose possible remodeling of the product according to the customer's installation environment. (*Additional fee may apply for remodeling.)
  • Can we request a product installation additionally?
    Unfortunately, we are not available for installation operation. We ask customers to install the product by themselves or hire a proven maintenance company.
  • Is it possible for us to obtain a product drawing prior to purchase to review the size needed for the installation?
    Yes. We can provide a product drawing in PDF format. Please feel free to make a request.
  • Do your products carry warranties?
    Yes. Our products are warranted for one year after the arrival to the designated destination within Japan.
    *The products that are remodeled or used under specific environment may be excluded from warranty coverage. Please consult with us beforehand.
  • Do you charge us for shipping?
    We ask for 1,000 yen shipping fee for any order worth less than 20,000 yen (not including consumption tax).
