  Hearing on your agenda / problem

  We will hear any agenda or problems a customer may be facing.

  Review of the specifications of implementation line under consideration

  We will review the line specifications, including product width and line speed, etc.

  Sample test (free-of-charge)

  A customer will prepare a flaw sample (A4 size) with a flaw needed to be detected, and send it to us.
  We will replicate the customer's line specifications in our company for testing.

• 04

  Report on the sample test

  After receiving the flaw sample, we will report on the test results within two weeks.

• 05

  Submission of an installation drawing

  The optical system that we shall offer will be decided through the sample test. Based on that, we will submit an installation drawing.

• 06

  On-site review

  We will review the site as compared to the submitted installation drawing, and check the space required for the installation and compatibility with the operation.

• 07

  Submission of quotation specifications

  We will submit quotation specifications based on the line specifications and the installation drawing. We will explain our proposals on the customer's agenda and the specifications of necessary equipment.

• 08

  Submission of quotation

  We will submit a quotation as the specifications become just about conclusive through the quotation specifications.

• 09

  Contract

  We will accept the order after receiving the customer's seal of approval on the quotation specifications and the installation drawing.

  Launch

  In light of the customer's submission of a start-up schedule for the inspection equipment, we will comply with the customer's preferable delivery date.
  We will assemble the equipment in two days (Sat. and Sun.), and adjust the parameter and make a delivery on the following operating day.

  Follow-up service

  We will take care of any problems a customer may face after operation start of the product, make an arrangement for additional parts, and visit the site if necessary. Please feel free to consult with us.

• What type of products are inspectable?

  The main target of inspection is the coil matrix. But visual inspection is performable for any flat-shaped products.

• What kind of inspections are performable?

  Inspections are performable in real time for surface defect of a product. However, depth and product size may not be inspected or measured.

• What is the rough price?

  It varies depending on the specifications. Please make an inquiry individually.
